I was just looking at all of our son's costume pics from year one until eight. Some of my favorite pictures of him, because he's always so incredibly happy. I loved Halloween as a kid, and I love it just as much now. I get waaaay into it, always dress up, as does the husband and the boy, and we throw major parties. Favorite holiday around here for sure. I liked it in High School because I was a vandalist. I liked it in college for the reason you mentioned. Since then I didn't like it at all. Now that I have a kid I like it again. Braden is a monkey this year too. Unfortunately I am not there to see it. I am sick that I am missing his first Halloween. The only thing I can do is dress up next year and make up for time missed.
