As you can see, I took a step backwards this week. Despite running 8.5 miles and watching what I eat. I still haven’t worked up the muster to get to the gym. I fucking hate going in the wrong direction so I’m just posting the pictures this week and putting it behind me.

Another suggestion: Instead of measuring the DISTANCE you run try doing it by time. Like twenty minutes out twenty minutes back. Add a SHORT sprint at the turn and at the end if you can.
