STARTING WEIGHT: 237 lbs

CURRENT WEIGHT: 234 lbs

WEIGHT LOSS TO DATE: -3 lbs

CHEST: 44 inches (even)

WAIST: 47 inches (even)

HIPS: 47.5 inches (-.5 inch)

As you can see, I took a step backwards this week. Despite running 8.5 miles and watching what I eat. I still haven’t worked up the muster to get to the gym. I fucking hate going in the wrong direction so I’m just posting the pictures this week and putting it behind me.

Sorry no wifebeater this week, it was laundry day. I’m sure you’re all broken-hearted.

  1. Another suggestion: Instead of measuring the DISTANCE you run try doing it by time. Like twenty minutes out twenty minutes back. Add a SHORT sprint at the turn and at the end if you can.
